This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by ROCC Computers Limited to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking throughout our business, our partners and our suppliers.
The ROCC Business and its board of directors take a zero tolerance approach to the use of slavery or human trafficking with regards to the direct supply chain utilised in supplying the company’s software and services to its customers.
ROCC provides housing maintenance and repairs software solutions and associated services. We operate throughout the UK and utilise only UK based suppliers within our supply chain. Our supply chains comprise mainly technical IT service providers relating to cloud services. As a
software company, ROCC Computers Limited does not have an extensive range of suppliers where modern slavery or human trafficking would generally be a material risk however we ensure we carefully check all suppliers to ensure they have relevant and adequate modern slavery policies and adhere to all UK legislation and codes of conduct.
We are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery
and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chain.
To ensure we mitigate risk with our supply chain we request all suppliers provide us with copies of their relevant policies and procedures and to confirm to us that they, and their own supply chain are in no way involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
The ROCC Computers Limited business, its board of directors and all staff working for the business have a responsibility to understand and mitigate the risks relating to modern slavery and to ensure adequate ongoing management of those risks.
