Whilst we engage regularly with our clients on service and the customer service experience, we often fail to mention how the service has changed. It’s changed because we are no longer operating in a 9-5 service world. The consumerisation of technology, the immediacy of apps such as Facebook, the wealth of online shopping and the success of Amazon means that customer expectation has changed significantly.
Many of ROCC’s clients now work longer days, moving to an 8am to 8pm model often including Saturdays. ROCC offers a Gold support service to mirror these working practices, ensuring that your Uniclass system is supported, operational and available to your users and your business when required.
As part of our range of ‘extended support options’ we offer quarterly on-site support review sessions with our experienced staff. We can also offer proactive monitoring and housekeeping of the application, with our dedicated team looking for any problems and alerting you before it becomes a wider, critical system issue.
