Tandridge DC goes live with ROCC Social Housing System
Tandridge District Council has gone live with the first phase of its upgraded housing repairs system from ROCC.
The system will integrate all housing repairs functions including job workflow, appointments, stores and purchasing, job costing and performance reporting.
Tandridge DC, situated in Oxted, Surrey has annual revenue turnover of about 51 million, which includes the costs of maintaining the housing stock, and has an annual capital investment programme of around 5.4million.
The ROCC system, Uniclass Social Housing (USH) includes a comprehensive range of fully integrated modules including; repairs reporting, appointments, management reporting, repairs processing, stock and purchase order processing and contract management and provides the environment for mobile and distributed working when required in the future.
USH is based on the latest Microsoft web technology, and will reside on virtual servers, simplifying implementation and management of the solution. The Uniclass Management Dashboard will provide a ‘state of the art’ reporting tool for the management and publication of Key Performance Indicators.
The second phase of the project will to be to integrate the system with other Tandridge Council corporate systems such as Finance.
