ROCC Helpdesk Review 2015
2015 has been another year of continued improvement for our customer service team. Our helpesk has continued to improve response times and issue resolution times while increasing the number of customers we support. This is the 5th year running that we have seen an improvement and we will continue to strive to ensure that 2016 is even better.
As always I am very proud of our customer service team and the great service we provide to our customers is what truly makes us stand our from our competitors.
