Outstanding Service Levels

Our customer service team have finished the first quarter of 2016 with some outstanding results.

For the third year running the ROCC Helpdesk team have improved the levels of service our customers receive and have reported a hit rate of 99.8% against both our response and resolution service levels.

It's an outstanding first three months of the year and a reflection of our continuous dedication to providing the very best customer service.
