Wealden DC awarded Charter Mark status
for their Waste & Commercial ServicesWealden District
Council's Waste and Commercial service has been awarded Charter Mark
status, a prestigious award for excellent customer service in the
public sector."We are very pleased with achieving this status.
ROCC's Uniclass Waste Management software was praised by the
assessors as being a very useful tool. It plays an integral part of
our achievement in providing good customer service," said Mike
Pashler, Head of Waste and Commercial Services, Wealden District
Council.
The Charter Mark is issued by the Cabinet Office. It is a powerful,
easy to use tool to help everyone in the organisation focus on and
improve customer service. Achievement of the standard is recognised
by awarding the right to display the prestigious Charter Mark logo.
