Borough Council has ordered a new state of the art waste management
system from ROCC. ROCC’s Uniclass Waste Management (UWM) system will
be installed over the next few months together with a fully
integrated ‘thin client’ mobile working system. Collectively these
systems will remove current paper based processes used for refuse
collection, street cleaning, housing and minor repairs.
These solutions will increase the speed of response to citizen
enquiries, enable office staff to have all relevant information at
their finger tips, and ensure that the Council can report accurately
on operations.
