2010 Rotherham upgrade to Uniclass
Enterprise2010 Rotherham have implemented ROCC’s
Uniclass Enterprise system to manage all aspects of their housing
repairs business. Uniclass Enterprise provides a state of the art
infrastructure to manage over 21,000 council houses, plus schools
and public buildings. Over a 150,000 repair jobs a year are carried
out by around 300 trades people.
Uniclass Enterprise is based on the latest technologies available.
This includes a citizen facing call centre equipped with a fully
integrated repairs diagnostic module, full job costing, stores,
purchasing and job control. Each tradesman will soon be able to
raise and manage repair jobs using portable computer’s (PDA’s)
presenting a truly mobile workforce which will be able to react
instantly to tenant requirements.
The system is also fully integrated into the organisations other
corporate systems ensuring a seamless flow of information without
any duplication of data or effort.
