New Housing System for Newport City HomesNewport City Homes (NCH) has placed a major contract with ROCC for their new Uniclass Social Housing software system which is designed to improve the way the housing repairs service is delivered to its residents.

NCH are Wales’s newest Registered Social Landlord and first urban stock transfer, whose mission is to provide quality homes and services by investing in people, places and partnerships.

ROCC is the leading supplier of housing repair systems with over 500,000 social housing properties in the UK currently being managed using ROCC’s Uniclass Social Housing repair systems.

In the social housing sector, the Uniclass Social Housing system is widely acclaimed for providing technically advanced, innovative and integrated solutions that encompass the entire business, from contact and contractor management through to financial reporting and strategic planning down to individual service delivery.
