NCL expands Leisure provision with help from ROCCNorth Country Leisure has expanded its service by hopping across the Pennines to take over management of the four leisure facilities previously run by Copeland BC. To enable them to do this ROCC provided IT support and consultancy to provide IT facilities to give the Copeland staff full access to all the facilities of the NCL network including the Flex Leisure management system. The new staff transferred to the Hexham-based organisation under TUPE arrangements all have access to the corporate intranet ‘NCLNet’ to help them adjust their new conditions and operating procedures.
