The methodology follows three phases - “Discover”, “Define” and

Discover
Identify Business Context, Experience Insights, Technology
Landscape and Solution Opportunities
The Discovery Phase will allow ROCC to understand the Business
Context of your requirement. Together we will identify the
opportunities, along with their key business drivers and the
related criteria of success. ROCC will provide insights into the
Adobe technology and the best practice approach.
ROCC will work collaboratively with you via Workshops, user and
stakeholder interviews, provide experience audits and evaluate
your current technical infrastructure and architecture.
Define
Define Requirements, Design Solution and Plan Release
Building from the high level requirements produced by the
Discovery Phase we will work with you during the Define Phase to
produce the Release Plan. The Release Plan details the
requirements and specifications for the solution. We also provide
accurate estimates of the resources required to successfully
realise the solution including mitigating any risk in the
development, deployment and acceptance of the solution.
Deliver
Develop, Test & Deploy while Mentoring & Enabling
The Deliver Phase is achieved in iterative stages within the
context of the Release Plan. The forecasted number of iterations
and their length is also defined in the Release Plan. Using this
approach, development and testing can be carried out
simultaneously allowing faults to be identified and fixed quickly
thus leading to the shortest possible delivery times.
